Meet Ashley Rae

As the owner of It’s Her Brand Enterprises, Ashley Rae has 18 years of marketing and personal branding experience, 15 years of business development experience, and 10 years of nonprofit development and professional speaking experience. A unique combination of Development Coach, Development Speaker, Editor, and Author, Ashley Rae’s life mission is to empower and equip women with the ability to be Purposeful, Intentional, and Engaged in the lives they’re living by helping them be proactive about cultivating Her Brand

She’s also the founder of the Cope Well Foundation, former Mrs. North Dakota International 2016 and Mrs. Midwest International 2017, and she’s a very active community member. Above all, she is a friend, a daughter, a devoted wife to her husband, Andrew, a proud mom to their 2-year-old son, Micah, and a humble servant to the foster children who are welcomed into their home. The three reside near Grand Forks, North Dakota, with their two puppies, Bella and Barklee.

It’s Her Brand Coaching – From individual Coaching Sessions to small Group Workshops, It’s Her Brand Coaching provides global coaching programs to women all around the world in a variety of settings. With a mission to empower and equip women with the ability to proactively cultivate Her Brand in an effort to be Purposeful, Intentional, and Engaged in the life she’s living, Development Coach Ashley Rae, has used her own personal, professional, and spiritual life experiences to create uniquely focused and inspiring coaching programs within each of those areas, which she now shares with women all around the world.  #ItsHerBrandCoaching

It’s Her Brand Speaking – From small group workshops to large motivational seminars, It’s Her Brand Speaking provides national speaking services to audiences in a variety of settings. With a mission to provide audiences with more than pure motivation, Development Speaker Ashley Rae, strives to provide her audiences with practical, easy-to-implement, personal and professional development tools through a series of inspiring, uniquely focused, and impactful topics, including her signature ‘Picking Your Weeds – Cultivating Your Future’ presentation, among many others.  #ItsHerBrandSpeaking

It’s Her Brand Magazine – As the Editor and Publisher of It’s Her Brand Magazine, it is Ashley Rae’s mission to lead a movement of Women Celebrating Women and their Brands, while creating conversation and understanding around important topics that are impacting women, their families, and our communities. Cope Well Foundation – As the Founder and President of the Cope Well Foundation, it’s Ashley Rae’s mission to advocate for the overall needs of the Cancer Community, while serving the coping needs of ALL Survivors (and their Support Systems) by helping them ‘Cope Well’ emotionally and spiritually, in order to ‘Live Well’ during their Survivorship (Supportship) Journey!  #CopeWellToLiveWell

Ashley Rae has been featured by numerous media outlets, such as: The North Dakota Today Show, The University of North Dakota’s Alumni Review Magazine, Prairie Business Magazine, Grand Cities Woman Magazine, the Fargo Forum ‘She Says’ Publication, the Grand Forks Herald Publication, and many other media outlets. She has also received numerous awards for the work that she does, including: Prairie Business Magazine’s 2014 ‘40 Under 40’ Promising Young Professionals Award, Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals 2015 ‘4 Under 40’ Award, Grand Cities Woman 2015 ‘Grand Woman of the Year’ Award and Grand Forks Herald 2015 Hometown Hero Award. Two years in a row she placed Top 15 at the 2016 and 2017 Mrs. International Pageant in Jacksonville, Florida, and then again in Charleston, WV.
