Founded and owned by Ashley Rae, It’s Her Brand Enterprises is a lifestyle empowerment and development business, which includes It’s Her Brand CoachingIt’s Her Brand Speaking, and It’s Her Brand Magazine. The overall mission of It’s Her Brand Enterprises is to empower and equip women with the ability to be Purposeful, Intentional, and Engaged in the lives they’re living. It’s Her Brand Enterprises achieves this through a variety of techniques implemented uniquely through the three branches of the business.

Ashley Rae Klinger – Owner

As the owner of It’s Her Brand Enterprises, Ashley Rae has 18 years of marketing and personal branding experience, and 10 years of professional speaking experience. A unique combination of personal and professional Development Coach, Development Speaker, Editor, and Author, Ashley Rae’s life mission is to empower and equip women with the ability to be PurposefulIntentional, and Engaged in the lives they’re living by helping them be proactive about cultivating their own Personal Brands. 

She’s also the founder of the Cope Well Foundation, former Mrs. North Dakota International 2016 and Mrs. Midwest International 2017, and she’s a very active community member. Above all, she is a friend, a daughter, a devoted wife to her husband, Andrew, a proud mom to their 2-year-old son, Micah, and a humble servant to the foster children who are welcomed into their home. The three reside near Grand Forks, North Dakota, with their two puppies, Bella and Barklee.

Molly Engen – Director of Community Outreach & Business Development

As the Director of Community Outreach and Business Development for It’s Her Brand Enterprises, Molly contributes her gifts, talents, and passions to our mission by fostering relationships and creating connections with like-minded businesses, organizations, and community members throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. Her primary focus is to enhance the overall brand and expand the reach of It’s Her Brand Enterprises, while working closely with Annual Sponsors who help to sustain and enhance the overall efforts of It’s Her Brand Magazine. “I’m excited to be on the Her Brand team and to be a part of the mission of helping women be proactive in cultivating their personal brands and the movement of women celebrating women,” says Molly.

Molly is a native of Detroit Lakes, MN, a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, and she has spent her career working in professional baseball and event management. She has a passion for community involvement, building relationships and a serious love for Young Living Essential Oil products. Molly and her husband, Andrew, reside near Grand Forks with their two dogs, Chester and Loki, and their two cats, Artie and Rosie.

Hannah Larson – Brand Representative

As a part-time Brand Representative for It’s Her Brand Enterprises, Hannah contributes her gifts, talents, and passions to our mission by working closely with businesses and organizations through North Dakota and South Dakota to help them determine an appropriate way for them to get involved with It’s Her Brand Magazine. Her primary focus is working with Brand Advertisers who help to sustain and enhance our efforts with each of our quarterly issues. “I am excited to be a part of the It’s Her Brand Magazine team to help give women a platform to share their stories and inspire others along the way,” says Hannah.

Hannah is a North Dakota native and grew up in Bismarck. She graduated with a Business Degree from the University of Mary, while playing basketball in 2017. Her passion for health and wellness leas her to Grand Forks, where she is now attending the University of North Dakota in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and most things outdoors. She is also a very proud dog mom to a 1-year-old Golden Retriever named Ralph!
